Device and sensors

accessplux is a small box with a wireless connection to the computer. This small box has sensors in it and also, it has a plug to connect external sensors.

Sensors are used to detect movements of the body - even very slight movements. These sensors must be placed on the skin, near the movement that is to be detected.

accessplux sends via wireless connection a signal with the information of that movement to the opensignals software (in the computer) to show it on the screen.

Biofeedback

When visualizing the signal, the user will be able to be aware of the movement being sensed and to learn how to control it to generate voluntary control commands (e.g. a selection on a onscreen-keyboard).
